I retained Mark Minyard to represent me in my divorce. If there were 10 stars vs. 5 stars , I would give him a 10 star rating. He totally knocked it out of the park and owned the courtroom. He was a brilliant strategist that I soon learned was incredibly important in the divorce process. I watched him work with the judge to my advantage at every step of the way as I watched her lawyers make mistake after mistake. He was able to do what neither of her lawyers were able to do—read the room and understand that the audience was the judge. I also saw that mark was intent on getting a settlement and his actions were always consistent with that goal. My ex-wife’s lawyers and accountant seemed intent on one thing—making money for themselves. The final result was extremely favorable, and I would recommend Mark and his firm to anyone going through a divorce. I am leaving this review to help others understand that there is a significant difference in the quality and competence of family law attorneys.
