All material produced was very professional, straightforward, and complete. I did not have to worry about deadlines being met or documents missed. Lonnie and his staff are extremely organized and consistent with producing polished work and needed calculations.Communication was always present. If there were questions in regards to understanding material or legalities Lonnie took the time and patience to explain what was mandatory. He was very quick in response time to both phone calls and emails (wn 24-48 hr.) And if there were foreseen delays, I was informed by his staff of court days or conference meetings. Lonnie has excellent delivery in the courtroom. He is assertive, knowledgeable, and well respected. This was assuring for me through all court appearances and trials.All these components attributed to the optimal judgment and final decision given by the judge. Although I had a very difficult and manipulative ex-husband, who himself had a notable attorney, the judge was able to clearly see the evidence presented.Having dependable and strong representation is crucial when two parties are unable to resolve issues together on their own. The law is also very intricate and complex. My divorce issues were grueling and highly emotional. Having Lonnie and his team brought me a sense of security and protection. When I was in one of the darkest periods of my life-deciding to divorce my husband- I felt like I didn’t know where to turn or who to turn to for help. I was given a name from a friend, so I called. I first talked to Mark Minyard, who spent quite a bit of time asking me questions about my situation. Soon after, I heard that he thought Matthew Buttacavoli would be a good match for me. From the minute I met Matthew, I felt like I had found someone who would confidently guide me through the process and have my best interests at heart. Entirely professional, incredibly bright and always thinking about what is best for his client, he lets you know that his passion is helping people navigate the confusing world of family law. First off, beautiful building and interior. The secretary (I can’t remember her name) was a very nice woman.With that being said, I called on Monday and received a call-back immediately by Mr. Minyard Morris himself. After briefing me on how his firm works, he chose to pass me to one of his firm’s lawyers, Janani. This made me question my choice in law firms but I decided to attend the consultation anyway.On Wednesday (2 days after my initial inquiry), I walked into their office right at my appointment time, but I was told to wait 10-15 minutes for Janani. Finally, Janani arrived and asked me a few initial questions. I made it clear my wants and my intentions and it seemed like she was talking me out of what I wanted.There were times when I questioned if this law firm and this lawyer were with me or against me. After requesting to end my appointment early, I left their office much more confused than when I arrived. I do not recommend this law firm.
I had the opportunity to be able to consult with both Mark Minyard and Scott Savage regarding divorce issues. Both of them were very responsive and provided sound, practical advice that thoroughly covered various scenarios and my options. I believe they have the best interests of their client at heart, and was very appreciative of their advice and how they worked with me. Very professional firm.

Alexander C. Payne is an expert Family Law attorney with the Minyard Morris Law Firm that accepted me as his client, and finished my 2-year divorce litigation in less than 2 months. After another failure by my former counsel to comply with court orders, which was exposed during a court hearing 3/2/2021, I had decided that new representation was necessary to have any chance to resolve my divorce case. All outcomes proved to be more favorable for my ex-wife’s counsel, and as a result, my legal position worsened while being represented by my former counsel. After 5 months with no temporary support in place my collaborative attorney directed me to hire a litigator. From my initial phone call and meeting with Matthew, it was clear that he understood the dynamics of working with high-conflict individuals. Matthew secured temporary support within 6 weeks.
